Keerthy Suresh

Keerthy Yessh, born 17 October 1992 in India, is an actress in film. Keerthy has mainly appeared in Tamil and Telugu cinema, along with a handful of Malayalam. She received the National Film Award's Best Actress award for portraying Savitri as the lead character in the Telugu Film Mahanati (2018). The other awards she received include the three SIIMA Awards, a Filmfare Award South as well as three SIIMA Awards. Keerthy Kumar Suresh happens to be the actress Menaka G. Suresh's daughter. She started her acting career in the mid 2000s. She played the role of lead actress in Geethaanjali which was a film in Malayalam. She went on to star in successful films such as Ring Master (2014), Rajinimurugan (2016), Remo (2016), Bairavaa (2017), Nenu Local (2017), Sandakozhi 2 (2018), Mahanati (2018), Sarkar (2018), Sandakozhi 2 (2018), Penguin (2020), Miss India (2021), Good Luck Sakhi (2022) and Sarkaru Vaari Paata (2022). Keerthy made her debut on Tamil projects in 2015 and started accepting projects from Malayalam. The director is A. L. Vijay, and Vikram, who released Idhu Enna Maayam in 2015. The movie didn't do much, but it did release. It was necessary to withdraw of several films she was already working on in 2015, such as Krishna's Maane Thaene Paeye and Deekay's Kavalai Vedam, to free up space for larger projects. In the end, she was also involved in two projects, Rajini Murugan followed by Remo which starred Sivakarthikeyan. Dhanush also played in the role of Thodari for Prabhu Solomon's Thodari. In 2015 the movie was delayed, and reports claim that Janakitho will release in September 2020. In the year 2016, Nenu Sailaja with Ram Pothineni, was her debut. In January of 2017, Keerthy appeared in Bairavaa with actor Vijay and directed by Bharathan. She also appeared on screen in Tamil film Paambhu sattai and Telugu film Nenu Local in 2017.
